When you get busy working on your clients stuff that we didn't get our new blog online by Friday.Nothing like my internal deadlines not getting hit!
it's all coming together and I'm a little fussy about how I want things to work. This will be the official last post of this Blog.

I have to start practicing what I preach. I have been using SIMPLE Blog (as you are reading here) and it's about time that I start using what we setup for our clients.I've been using this for about over a year now for our postings, however we recommend and suggest to our clients that we setup WordPress. Time to live by my own words.
The update will be done in the coming week. You'll see a new look in our blog as well as the postings from our staff including: Serina Nielsen, Client Service Manager of FPM Marketing & Design, FPM3 (Canada and USA), and Lee West, Marketing Coordinator for FPM3 USA and the Mingle will also be posting.

You may or may not know, I have a property business separate from my marketing company. I was interviewed today with Bill Kelly from 900 CHML regarding this insane law that is about to be passed in the City of Hamilton, Ontario regarding Licensing of Landlords. My properties are in the Niagara region however I was looking to buying my building in the very near future.Hamilton wants to promote businesses to come to the City of Hamilton....How you going to get people to invest in Hamilton when there is nothing but roadblocks for businesses to operate here. I've heard of red tape. I'm giving this the title Red Banner. I'm all for the Hamilton, but when the Hamilton wants to put these amazing rules in place watch a few more businesses leave.
If this license the landlord thing passes, I'm definitely not investing in Hamilton and I would suggest that other land investors also move on. What a tax grab this is!

You can finally find us in Hamilton. The new signs have been installed!I have to thank the guys at RM Signs in Dundas Ontario, that did a great job! Make sure you ask for Barry Bakker as he took fantastic care of us.
