"Business, more than any other occupation, is a continual dealing with the future; it is a continual calculation, an instinctive exercise in foresight."
- Henry R. Luce
We are constantly looking to the future of business and technology. The only way to avoid stagnation is to move and to grow.
Let's grow together.
Cheers,

Hamilton is getting closer to the fact of having an NHL team. Way to go Jim! I'm praying for this to come to town and trust me this will make a difference. The reason this is huge!

1. We love NHL hockey in Canada.
2. To go to a NHL game, we have to travel 90 minutes to buffalo to cross at the border with everyone in the car needing passports!
3. To go to a game in Toronto we have to travel 3 hours and 15 minutes to get through traffic, only to be parked in a $40 parking spot, and we got the tickets from a friend or we had to pay a STUPID amount for them.
4. Hamilton needs something to bring this City to life. God bless the Tigercats, but we need a sport that carries us through the winter
5. Canada needs another....sorry DESERVES AND EARNED the right to have another hockey team.
Bring it on! Jim....I got your back!

You may or may not know, I have a property business separate from my marketing company. I was interviewed today with Bill Kelly from 900 CHML regarding this insane law that is about to be passed in the City of Hamilton, Ontario regarding Licensing of Landlords. My properties are in the Niagara region however I was looking to buying my building in the very near future.Hamilton wants to promote businesses to come to the City of Hamilton....How you going to get people to invest in Hamilton when there is nothing but roadblocks for businesses to operate here. I've heard of red tape. I'm giving this the title Red Banner. I'm all for the Hamilton, but when the Hamilton wants to put these amazing rules in place watch a few more businesses leave.
If this license the landlord thing passes, I'm definitely not investing in Hamilton and I would suggest that other land investors also move on. What a tax grab this is!
You can hear the story here: 900 CHML - BILL KELLY interview regarding licensing of landlords!
I've also included the Hamilton Spectator story to go with it here SPEC STORY ON HAMILTON LICENSING OF LANDLORDS

( 3 / 58 )I'm not a big supporter of Microsoft...in anyway. This including the operating system or the search engine. However, I do believe that they are innovative in many ways. I do advertise with our clients and myself through the MSN network. No point in arguing that it's worth the effort to use them. as they do have about 6% of the search market! :)
It will be interesting with the new BING, how the search and find will work and I'm excited about this. I got my newsletter from the MSN group advising me:
There is:
• no impact on your campaign management;
• no impact on your keywords; and,
• no action required on your part.
As well, they go on to say:
So what does Bing do?
Plain and simple, it provides consumers with easy access to relevant information. With new features and more organized results, consumers can spend less time searching and more time finding what's most relevant to them—like travel, health, cars, and shopping.
What can that mean to you as an advertiser?
Quality leads - Bing helps provide the relevant search results and ads your consumers are interested in. This means you can engage with consumers when they're ready to research, influence or make a purchase decision.
Hang on world...BING is about to happen! LOL.
