If you still have the BlackBerry that is older than OS 10 and you probably have run into a problem once in a while with the e-mail set up application just stops responding. You click on the button, but nothing happens!
There is a solution….You can still download the file by going to the following:
For example: http://rogers.blackberry.com/rest/EmailClient/
This will take you to the download of the Email Setup application for your carrier. It may prompt you to install the same version that is already installed, but continue so that it overwrites the current application.
Once this has downloaded and installed, you will be able to run the Email Account Setup application again. This will also give you access to resend the service books (if you require).
