by: Adam

16 years ago today we opened FPM3 In the last year, we’ve managed to make a few new changes.  We have a few new people joining our team. A new business development officer that’s focusing our business efforts down in the United States, in addition speaking of United States we open a new office in Orlando Florida. We continue to service the New Jersey, Philadelphia Market and of course the Canadian Market is managed and operated out of Hamilton Ontario. Over 16 years I’ve had many amazing stuff, in fact some people started here continued on in other careers and our clients today. The Marketing Snowball Effect

The Marketing Snowball Effect

by: FPM3

Today’s discussion topic is: The Marketing Snowball Effect! As the owner of a business, frugality and expense tracking is apart of everyday life. It’s important to be conservative with your money while investing in the right places. Here at FPM3, we believe that making the conscious decision to invest in marketing will not only generate an immediate return but will also protect the longevity of your company. At first, your marketing impact will be tiny and insubstantial, but it will slowly pick up mass through an all-encompassing marketing campaign that is unique to your business. We refer to this as, “The Marketing Snowball Effect.” Similar to rolling a snowball down a hill, when starting a marketing campaign, you must create a tight, compact foundation known as your brand. You can then roll it through a well thought out plan that is in alignment with your company’s mission, vision and values….

What Happened?

by: FPM3

This story needs to be shared, as it relates to the sales and marketing industry. It made me laugh…sadly; but like marketing you have to review, define it, and decide what direction to go in based on what you learn. Recently the GM plant in Oshawa announced that it was closing down with hundreds of jobs impacted and further the trickle effect of those that did work for the GM plant will also be impacted. I thought this was important to know that no matter the size of your business this is critical to understand… learn from what you did wrong. Make real changes and understand where the issues are truly lying before blame can be pointed or applied. A Japanese company (Toyota) and an American company (General Motors) decided to have a canoe race on the Missouri River. Both teams practiced long and hard to reach their peak performance…

Email Is Not Dead

by: FPM3

In 2015, 2016 and 2017 – the headline was “Death of Email”. The updated 2019 version is Rise of the email! Articles everywhere were talking and Publishing messages about how email was going to be dead and we need to start migrating over to a new platform with all the messaging system. I think that message is completely wrong. In fact, it’s so wrong, that the one thing that is secure and still works is email. Let’s just take for example the last 12 months of what we’ve experienced using instant chat systems in the platforms that allow us to communicate. When you’re using a Facebook Messenger, Snapchat, Hangouts, Instagram, WhatsApp these are all systems that are 3rd party corporate controlled and use your information for their financial gain. Email, on the other hand, is set based on your domain (www.NAMEOFYOURBUSINESS.COM) registered and is universal across all platforms. It doesn’t…

GAUTFONTS BLOG FOR FPM3

by: FPM3

Over the past few months, FPM3 has been working side by side with Dan Gauthier, an experienced font designer, to create a custom built website showcasing hundreds of his designs. Mr. Gauthier began designing fonts over twenty years ago. It was always his passion, however, he never thought he’d be able to turn it into a business. FPM3 initially sat down with Mr. Gauthier  to discuss his goals and vision for the website. At first, the website was intended to be a place to showcase his designs, however, our talented team was able to construct a marketing strategy that transformed the website into an online business. Our Designers created several concepts, logos, and images for Mr.  Gauthier to review in order to perfectly brand his new business. After we mastered the look, our Web Developers built a fully responsive, mobile friendly, SEO ready, wordpress website with a payment portal. We…
